We are pleased to introduce an Infrared Sauna to our services on an operational trial from Monday 15 December 2025. During the trial we will be assessing feedback from customers.

Member Exclusive - During the trial period the Infrared Sauna will be offered at no extra cost to 'Complete' and 'Aquatic' members. Please see reception if you are unsure about your eligibility to use this service during the trial period.

Operating Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7am-10am, 12pm-2pm, 4pm-8pm
•  Weekends: 9am-12pm, 2pm-5pm
•  Public Holidays: 10am-12pm, 2pm-4:30pm

Bookings: 

• Session duration: 15min with 5min between sessions
• Open 49 hours in advance, Booking limit of 1 session per day
• Members wishing to use the infrared sauna are required to book via the Active Monash app, My Account online, phone, or in centre at reception.
