• Offer must be redeemed within 7 days of enquiry  
• Appointment required to complete set-up of pass  
• Payment required at time of appointment  
• The 5-day period is a consecutive period  
• Class capacity limits apply  
• Classes can be booked up to 49 hours in advance via the Active Monash app, My Account (Active Monash website), via phone, or in-person at reception.  
• Mats are not supplied but available for purchase at reception  
• Payment is non-refundable regardless of number of visits  
• Age restrictions apply, please see class descriptions for further information  
• Offer may be withdrawn or amended at any point in time  
• Does not include access to lockers. Lockers available at additional cost.
