Direct Debit Schedule

Direct debit payments are processed fortnightly on a Thursday (or the next business day in the case of a Public Holiday). Direct debit payments pay in advance for the next 14 days of service. Payments will be automatically adjusted during periods of suspension, or in the event of cancellation.

All direct debit memberships are ongoing unless otherwise stated on initial agreement. On-going memberships may be cancelled by advising the Centre in writing and giving 14 days notice. To cancel any direct debit membership the membership must be active (not suspended) and no outstanding fees on account.
