Camp Dawn is a dynamic fitness and well-being program designed to help participants of all fitness levels build strength, boost confidence and connect with a supportive community. With expert-led training sessions and a welcoming atmosphere, this program is all about fostering motivation and well-being in a fun and inclusive environment.

Now a permanent part of Active Communities, Camp Dawn continues to inspire and challenge participants throughout the year.

COMING SOON: 6 Weeks Challenge

We are relaunching Ultimate Team Challenge the 6-Week Challenge (UTC) on Monday 26 May. UTC is an engaging fitness program designed to build motivation, foster teamwork, and strengthen community relationships through social connections. Members & guests will take on a series of challenges that encourage camaraderie and healthy competition, creating a supportive and energetic environment. The UTC is all about bringing people together to achieve their fitness goals while building lasting connections.

However, if members & guests do not want to be involved in the overall challenge, they can still just be a part of UTC sessions and 2x Large Challenges. This will see our members and guests compete with themselves over the six weeks across multiple fitness and strength challenges, commencing and concluding with fitness testing.

Ultimate Team Challenge things to look forward to:

  • Weekly Team sessions
  • 2x Large challenges
    • Access to UTC session timetable - 2 Early mornings or 2 Noons each week.
  • Digital Welcome Pack (goal-setting doc, planner, session templates, menu planner)
  • Fitness Testing
  • Giveaways
  • Certificate of Completion

COST

Ultimate Participants $250

  • Weekly Team sessions (1x 60min each week)
  • 2x Large challenges (1 and 22 June, Sunday 8am)
  • Access to UTC session timetable
  • 2 Early mornings or 2 Noons each week.
