Yes, as part of our service to our members, members can book in to see our qualified trainers as regularly as they wish. We recommend every 6-8 weeks as part of our Member Care Program.
A 30 min session led and instructed by a qualified Personal Trainer. During the session you will receive exercise technique coaching and correction as part of a personally prescribed program.
