The sauna uses heat in a dry environment that encourages sweating. The room and benches are lined with wood, which is porous meaning it will not be too hot to touch or sit on.

• Wear a wrist band and have a towel while using the sauna.

The steam room is a heated room used for relaxation and short-term health benefits. This room differs from the sauna with the presence of steam and moist heat, instead of the dry heat of a sauna.
