Ultimate Team Challenge: 6 Weeks Challenge

Successful launch of Ultimate Team Challenge the 6-Week challenge is now underway kicking off 26 May until 5 July. UTC is designed to challenge your build strength, and improve stamina — all within a supportive, team-based environment. Whether you’re looking to level up your training or reignite your motivation, UTC brings the energy, the variety, and the community spirit to push you further. The UTC is all about bringing people together to achieve their fitness goals while building lasting connections.

Cardio Endurance Improve your fitness and keep your heart healthy with high-energy movement increasing your aerobic capacity and improving your ability to sustain effort over time.
Strength & Conditioning Build lean muscle and improve your power using bodyweight and weight-based exercises.
Stamina – Push your limits and stay strong from start to finish with full-body, mental and physical resilience through team-based challenges

You won’t do it alone—UTC is all about teamwork, camaraderie, and support. Rally with your crew, rise to the challenge, and rediscover what your body is capable of.

Over 6 dynamic weeks, you will tackle challenges that rotate weekly, each designed to target a key pillar of fitness:

  • Weekly Group Team sessions on Gym Floor (1x 60min each week - check trainer availability times)
  • 2x Large challenges ORC Stadium (Sunday 1 and 22 June, 8am)
  • Access to UTC session timetable
    (UTC sessions: 6am & 12pm, Mondays and Wednesdays)
    *Optional to go to any session, just stick to a few or only the Gym Floor Team sessions - you choose your way
  • Fitness testing
  • Giveaways
  • Certificate of Completion
  • Digital Welcome Pack (goal-setting doc, planner, session templates, menu planner)
