Over 6 dynamic weeks, you will tackle challenges that rotate weekly, each designed to target a key pillar of fitness:
- Weekly Group Team sessions on Gym Floor (1x 60min each week - check trainer availability times)
- 2x Large challenges ORC Stadium (Sunday 1 and 22 June, 8am)
- Access to UTC session timetable
(UTC sessions: 6am & 12pm, Mondays and Wednesdays)
*Optional to go to any session, just stick to a few or only the Gym Floor Team sessions - you choose your way

- Digital Welcome Pack (goal-setting doc, planner, session templates, menu planner)
