Relays, ball games, bean bags, hoops, music  and  body weight movements are all some of the  many ways we create a safe space for kids to be active. The class focuses on participation and is inclusive to all.  As well as building coordination and fitness, we also work on balance, agility and teamwork (Ages 6+).

Teen Fit: It can be challenging to find activities for our children to keep them fit and healthy as they become older. Not a child but not ready for adult classes?  Teen fit class is aimed at children 12 plus and bridges the gap between activities for younger children and activities for adults. Teens still want to have fun but have moved passed the younger activities/games. Our fully trained instructors bridge this gap beautifully by including gym, and body weight exercise to increase strength and cardio whilst still including some fun activities to make the sessions engaging (Ages 12-18).
