• Week 2 - Core stability - Core engagement and stability
• Week 3 - Upper and lower body - Integrating upper and lower body

• Week 5 - Strengthening and stability - Strengthening and stability is advanced through progression of exercises
• Week 6 - Consolidation and progress check - Consolidate skills learned and review form
