You can cancel bookings online via your My Account portal within the acceptable cancellation timeframe per booking terms and conditions. To give everyone a fair chance to attend a class, the minimum cancellation notice period is 2 hours prior to the start of class. In an emergency, participants can contact 03 9265 4888 within the 2hrs to cancel.
To cancel, simply log into your My Account portal and follow the below steps.
If you are a casual or multi visit pass user, you will receive a session credit if you cancel 2 hrs prior to the booking. You can use the session credit to book for another session of the same value.

Select ‘My Bookings’ from the navigation bar located on the top of the page.
Select the booking you’d like to cancel, click ‘Manage bookings’ and select ‘Cancel booking’.
Once the booking is cancelled, it will be removed from your My Bookings page.
