Existing Members:
If you’re an existing member, you can book a group fitness class via your My Account portal. Once logged in, follow the steps below.
New Members:
If you’re a new member and do not have an existing online account with Active Monash, refer to ‘How to create a My Account profile – New Customers’ under the ‘Account Setup and Access’ section to create a new account.
To book, simply log into your My Account portal and follow the below steps.
Step 1
Select ‘Book’ from the navigation bar located on the top of the page.
Step 2
Select your preferred class, date and time. Bookings are only available 49 hours in advance.
Step 3
Click ‘Book now’ and follow the prompts to finalise the booking and process payment if required.
Once booked, you will receive a booking confirmation email, and you can also view and manage your bookings via your My Account portal under ‘My bookings’.
