• Appointment required to complete set-up of pass
• Payment required at time of appointment
• The 5 day period is a consecutive period 
• Payment is non-refundable regardless of number of visits
• Participants must be over 13 years of age
• Age restrictions apply to use of some equipment
• Offer may be withdrawn or amended at any point in time
