MEMBERS - SCANNING YOUR ACCESS DEVICE ON ENTRY

A friendly reminder that all members are required to scan their membership access device when entering the Centre.  This includes when entering at the same time as another member, or when coming through as a group at open.

By scanning your access device we gain accurate visitation data that helps inform rostering requirements and service planning to ensure we are catering for the requirements of the Centres.

If you are attending the Centre with a guest, please ensure you use the main Centre entrance so your guest can see reception to gain access.

If you become aware of people that gain entry by following you through access points, we kindly ask that you bring this to the attention of reception staff.
