We love our pools being open as much as you!

In light of unforeseen closures, we would like to remind our community about the steps that anyone can take to help us keep our pools clean.

Even the smallest accidents have the potential to result in big closures. These closures impact everyone's ability to have Parents, Guardians, and Carers are reminded of these simple steps to help prevent pool closures:

  • Encourage young children and clients to the go to the toilet before swimming.
  • Take regular toilet breaks every 60 minutes when at the facility.
  • Young children that are not toilet trained should wear a suitable aqua nappy (available for purchase at reception).
  • Observe children and clients for signs that they need to go to the toilet.
  • Allow time for food and drink to settle prior to swimming.

Parents, Guardians, and Carers are asked to keep a keen eye on kids and clients by first making sure that everyone is ready and prepared to stay safe and healthy before entering the pool!
