Water Therapy
Gentle exercise in the water
Water Therapy provides low-impact exercise in a supportive aquatic environment.
The buoyancy of the water helps reduce pressure on joints while allowing participants to move more freely and comfortably.
The program is suitable for people living with a range of chronic health conditions and is designed to improve mobility, strength, flexibility and general wellbeing.
Suitable For
People living with:
- Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
- Motor Neuron Disease
- Huntington's Disease
- Cancer
- Arthritis
- Heart Disease
- Asthma
- Chronic pain conditions
Participants must be aged 13 years and over.
