This Code of Conduct has been prepared to set out council's expectations of all staff and patrons attending Active Monash facilities.

In order to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all members and guests, the following conditions of entry apply.

No Make up Lessons:

• If a Student is unable to attend a swim lesson during a swim lesson term, we will provide you with a Family Pass (providing access to a Centre for 2 adults and 3 children) where you provide us with a medical certificate for the Student. We will also provide one Family Pass per Student, per swim lesson term, if a Student misses a swim lesson and does not have a medical certificate

Cancellation (14 days notice):

• You may withdraw a Student from swim lessons as follows if the minimum term (as set out in your Membership Schedule) has expired, by giving 14 days written notice to the Centre staff at a Centre you attend.

Access outside of swimming lesson:

• Each student is entitled to swim access outside of their swim lessons during normal operation hours. This does not include other centre services such as gym, spa, sauna, steam.

Direct Debit Membership:

• Your membership is ongoing. Debits will be processed fortnightly, with all payments made one fortnight in advance. If the due date does not fall on a business day, we will draw the amount on the next business day.

In the interest of safety when using the Stadium, we ask that you adhere to important conditions of use.

The following concessions are eligible to receive a 10% discount on selected services:

• Student Card
• Seniors Card
• Victorian Government Carer (We Care) Card

The following concession cards are eligible to receive a 40% discount on selected services:

• Centrelink Health Care Card
• Pensioner Concession Card
• Veteran Affairs Card (issued by the Australian Department of Veterans’ Affairs)

Card must be presented each visit for casual services and when purchasing each Multi-Visit Pass, Membership and when enrolling in Minky Swim School.
