Welcome to our New Website

We are thrilled to present our new and improved website to the Active Monash community.

The new website consolidates three individual facility websites into one central website – www.activemonash.vic.gov.au.  The centralised structure provides an improved customer experience for new and existing customers to navigate our website.

Benefits of the new website include:

• Improved navigation to core services and direct actions for customers from the homepage.
• The ability to communicate important information and service announcements on all pages of our website.
• Responsive page templates that will automatically display and resize content according to the user device.
• To help make our website user-friendly for everyone, the new website and content has been developed following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. These guidelines help us make web content which is more accessible for people with disabilities and user friendly for everyone.
• Our new website will allow improved integration with service and facility availability when our new members software is implemented prior to June 2022.
• A direct link to our customer portal (My Account) from the home page.
