UPDATED RESTRICTIONS

Update 25/2/22 - Face masks no longer mandatory inside

Effective from 11.59pm, Friday 25 February, face masks are no longer mandatory to be worn indoors. We do however strongly encourage members and guests to carry a mask with them and wear it when unable to physically distance.

Planning Your Visit

PROOF OF VACCINATION: will be required for all customers aged 18 years or older prior to entering our facilities - see learn to swim for updated student vaccination information.

There are 5 ways you can show COVID-19 proof of vaccination:

  1. COVID-19 digital certificate via the Service Victoria app
  2. COVID-19 digital certificate saved to a smartphone wallet
  3. Printed copy of COVID-19 digital certificate
  4. Printed copy of immunisation history statement
  5. Eligible proof of vaccination exemption

DENSITY QUOTIENTS AND CAPACITY LIMITS: will no longer apply at our facilities. This means our services will be able to operate at full capacity. Bookings will no longer be required for the Sauna and Steam room at Monash Aquatic & Recreation Centre

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: will still be required using the Service Vic App prior to entry.  For those without a compatible device our concierge will provide further assistance.

We thank the community for their support as we work through changes in restrictions and look forward to welcoming more of the Active Monash community back to the Centre over the coming days and weeks.


Other Information

Swim School

Following the most recent government restrictions, learn to swim students will not be required to provide evidence of vaccination status during the attendance of any lesson(s). Students will still be required to QR code check-in and show their Learn To Swim student card when entering the centre for their lessons.Outside of any lesson time(s), students attending the centre must show their vaccination record before entering the centre.

Memberships

All memberships remain suspended until 31 March 2022.  Membership will automatically reactivate as of 1 April 2022 unless further communication is received.

Additional options include:

  • Reactivate - Members may choose to reactivate their membership before this date by completing the Reactivate My Membership form.
  • Cancel – Members may choose to cancel their membership if they do not intend to return by the specified date. Cancellation can be requested by completing the Cancel My Membership form. 

Multi-Visit Passes

The expiry date of all Multi-Visit Passes will be extended in line with the period that the service they relate to were closed.
