Integrated Practical Placement Program - Graduation 2024

On Thursday 21 November 2024, we farewelled our Holmesglen IPP students after they completed a very successful year of work placement within our centres.

This year marked 30 students to date who have graduated from the program and we have seen a 100% completion rate of the students, with at least 85% securing ongoing work immediately after graduation. Some of the alumni have since had promotions into leadership roles, right across the leisure & recreation industry.

For four years Active Monash has partnered with Holmesglen Institute and WISE Employment to deliver the program. Active Monash was the first recreation centre on a national level to facilitate this partnership program. The successful partnership between Active Monash, Holmesglen and WISE Employment ensures the ongoing growth and success of both the students and the program.

We are very excited to welcome the students of 2025 and see what learnings we can all gain from another year of this highly successful and meaningful program.
