Integrated Practical Placement (IPP) Program – 2023 Graduates.

On Friday 24 November 2023, we farewelled our Holmesglen IPP students after they completed a very successful year of work placement within our centres.

This is the third year that Active Monash has partnered with Holmesglen Institute and WISE Employment to deliver the program. Active Monash was the first recreation centre on a national level to facilitate this partnership program. The successful partnership between Active Monash, Holmesglen and WISE Employment ensures the ongoing growth and success of both the students and the program. To date, over 75% of graduates have successfully gained employment in areas of their choosing.

2023 was the first year that we expanded the program to have students completing their experiences across all three facilities, which has been well received by students, team members and the community alike. We are very excited to welcome the students of 2024 and see what learnings we can all gain from another year of this highly successful and meaningful program.
