Active Monash fees are reviewed each year as part of Monash Council’s planning process, which supports local services, programs and facilities.
As a result of this annual review, updated membership and swim school fees will come into effect from 1 July 2026.
What this means for members and swim school families
In line with Active Monash membership and swim school terms and conditions, membership fees may increase on or after 1 July each year. Any increase will not exceed 5% of the current fortnightly payment.

Updated fees and charges (effective 1 July 2026)
A summary of the updated direct debit fees is outlined below.
Figures above are represented as cost per session. Where there are 2 lessons in a fortnight the direct debit would be equivalent to the cost of 2 lessons.
