Teen Pilates Reformer Program

The Teen Pilates Reformer Program is designed to introduce young people aged 13–18 to the benefits of Pilates using specialised reformer equipment. Through guided, age-appropriate sessions, participants build strength, improve body awareness, and support their overall wellbeing.

Each session is led by a fully qualified Pilates Reformer Instructor and combines functional, dynamic movements to help teens move more efficiently and feel stronger. The program is delivered in a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment where participants can build confidence while enjoying physical activity.

$300 for 12 x 55-minute sessions

This program is ideal for teens aged 13–18 who:

  • Are looking for a low-impact form of exercise
  • Want to improve posture, flexibility, and strength
  • Would benefit from a supportive and social environment to stay active

  • Schedule: Twice weekly – Monday & Wednesday at 5:00pm
  • Session Duration: 55 minutes
  • Location: Reformer Studio – MARC
  • Group Size: Maximum of 9 participants
  • Instructor: Tate
