I am curious by nature and always exploring new music, books and different pathways to wellbeing. I love passing on discoveries and ideas to my clients.
I have a hybrid training style using a mix of training modes from body weight exercises to free weights and machines. I have a great ability to understand a client’s needs and capabilities and how best they can reach their fitness goals and keep moving forward.
I love to explore different exercise options with my clients to find their perfect workout and always encourage them to participate in other activities such as group exercise and exercising outdoors.
