Join our 6-week Yoga Development Beginner Program, designed to build strong foundations in yoga. Learn essential breathwork techniques, grounding principles, posture alignment, and mobility to support a confident, sustainable practice. Perfect for beginners looking to understand the true foundations of yoga in a supportive and structured environment.

After completing the program, participants will develop a strong sense of grounding, improved understanding of breathwork, and increased joint mobility, enabling them to confidently use these skills to enhance their ongoing yoga practice.

Participants can then move to level 2 – Balance and Flow

Program Details

  • Program Dates: 10th June – 17th July 2026
  • Duration: 6 weeks
  • Sessions: includes 2 per week (12 total), Wednesday and Friday 10 am
  • Length: 60 minutes each
  • Group Size: Up to 12 participants
  • Location: Central Reserve, South Pavilion
