Created as the natural next step after Camp Dawn or those looking for a challenge, Dawn2Dusk keeps you moving, motivated, and connected all year round.
What is Dawn2Dusk?
Dawn2Dusk is an ongoing group training bootcamp delivered in a supportive environment. With fixed session times and structured programming, Dawn2Dusk removes the guesswork from training and helps you lock in a routine that suits busy lifestyles and early mornings. Sessions are fully scalable, making them suitable for all fitness levels, whether you are returning to exercise or looking to stay consistent long term.
What to Expect
A complete bootcamp style training experience, including:
- Strength & conditioning
- Cardio training
- Box Fit (non-contact boxing style fitness)
- Fun warmups and challenging finishers
- Structured, progressive programming
Sessions are professionally programmed to keep training fresh, engaging, and effective without burnout.

Do I need to be an Active Monash member?
Yes. Dawn2Dusk is a membership AddOn, so you must hold a current Active Monash membership to join.
Is Dawn2Dusk suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. All sessions are fully scalable and coached to suit different fitness levels and abilities.
How often can I attend?
- You can attend up to three sessions per week:
- Monday
- Wednesday
- Friday
All sessions start at 6:00am.
What happens if I miss a session?
Missed sessions are forfeited for that fortnight and cannot be transferred or refunded.
I am late to the bootcamp, will I be refused?
For your safety, and to avoid disruption to others, we strongly encourage making it to the session for the start time. Of course, we understand that sometimes things might impact your timely arrival. The instructor will use their discretion if its suitable for you to join in on the activity when you arrive.
Is Box Fit safe?
Yes. Box Fit sessions are non‑contact and focus on fitness, not sparring.
Where are sessions held?
Sessions are primarily held at ORC Stadium, with use of indoor studios and outdoor spaces depending on weather and programming.
How do I book sessions?

When does the program finish?
Dawn2Dusk is an ongoing program with no set end date. You can continue as long as your membership remains active.
