Spotlight Active Abilities Classes

Get active with our Spotlight Active Abilities classes at Monash Aquatic and Recreation Centre. This class welcomes children with cognitive disabilities and gives everyone a safe space to enjoy movement. Focus is on fitness, strength, building confidence, making friends and having fun. Create healthy habits whilst gaining basic ball and movement skills. (All ages 6+)
