Improve balance and strength with Personal Training - Reformer Pilates at Active Monash!

From Monday 15 January, we'll be introducing Reformer 1:1 at Oakleigh Recreation Centre. Train with one of our highly qualified Reformer Pilates Instructors and gain personalised programming and direction. Pilates addresses strength and flexibility with an emphasis on core strength and balance.

Participants are welcome to utilise the 'Intro to PT Pack' to test the service.

Terms & Conditions

All existing T&Cs are in effect however, those who have previously purchased Intro to PT for the purposes of PT on Gym floor can purchase one for the sole use for Pilates. Only qualified and registered Pilates Reformer Trainers will be able to deliver one-on-one services. Health Club and Pilates PT are interchangeable, however the Instructor may vary between spaces. One Intro To PT per service – cannot be used across gym floor PT and Pilates Reformer.
