Looking for a fun, high-energy workout? This July, members can bring a friend to selected Cycle classes for FREE at MARC and ORC.
Cycle is a low-impact workout that delivers big results. Burn up to 900 calories per hour, improve cardiovascular fitness, build strength in your legs and glutes, and enjoy an energising class atmosphere with great music and expert instructors.
Suitable for all fitness levels, Cycle allows you to work at your own pace while enjoying the motivation of a group environment. Whether you're a regular rider or trying it for the first time, now is the perfect opportunity to share the experience with a friend.
Curious about Cycle but not sure where to start? Our special Come and Try sessions are designed specifically for new participants. These beginner-friendly 30-minute classes provide the perfect introduction to indoor cycling, allowing you to learn the basics, build confidence, and experience the benefits of Cycle in a welcoming environment.
