Spartan Strong is a 4‑week specialist small group strength and conditioning program designed specifically to prepare you for the upcoming Spartan Obstacle Race in August. This program is your final performance push, focusing on the exact physical demands of obstacle racing, building strength, endurance, grip capacity and race day confidence so you arrive at the start line ready to perform.

What is Spartan Strong?

Spartan Strong is a progressive, coached training series, not casual drop in classes. Each session builds on the last, guiding you toward peak race readiness. Rather than attempting to recreate every obstacle, sessions use race specific movements and training simulations that safely replicate the physical demands of Spartan racing, including:

• Grip strength and hanging endurance
• Lower‑body power and loaded carries
• Pulling strength and total body resilience
• Cardiovascular endurance under fatigue

By the end of the program, participants walk into the Spartan event feeling stronger, fitter and confident in their ability to take on the course.

What’s included

• 4‑week structured training program
• 2 coached sessions per week
• Total of 8 x 1‑hour sessions
• Specialist small group training (max 4 participants per group)
• Focused coaching, accountability and support throughout the program
