Dawn2Dusk is a structured, early morning bootcamp membership AddOn designed to help members build consistency, confidence, and energy through regular, coached group training. Created as the natural next step after Camp Dawn or those looking for a challenge, Dawn2Dusk keeps you moving, motivated, and connected all year round.

What is Dawn2Dusk?

Dawn2Dusk is an ongoing group training bootcamp delivered in a supportive environment. With fixed session times and structured programming, Dawn2Dusk removes the guesswork from training and helps you lock in a routine that suits busy lifestyles and early mornings. Sessions are fully scalable, making them suitable for all fitness levels, whether you are returning to exercise or looking to stay consistent long term.

What to Expect

A complete bootcamp style training experience, including:

  • Strength & conditioning
  • Cardio training
  • Box Fit (non-contact boxing style fitness)
  • Fun warmups and challenging finishers
  • Structured, progressive programming

Sessions are professionally programmed to keep training fresh, engaging, and effective without burnout.

  • Monday – 6:00am
  • Wednesday – 6:00am
  • Friday – 6:00am

Location:

  • ORC Stadium
  • Indoor studios and outdoor spaces (weather permitting)

Dawn2Dusk runs year‑round and follows a fortnightly structured program format.

I have not worked out for a while and feel unfit.

Camp Dawn & Dawn is designed for everyone and all fitness levels, the skilled Instructors can modify any exercise to suit all levels

Do I have to attend all sessions?

No, you have the option to come to all but if you miss one or two it is not a problem. Attending the first and last session to complete testing is highly recommended.

Can I get a discount if I sign up my friend / I have concession Card?

There are no further discounts for concession or referrals. The cost of the program has been developed per participant for the 4 weeks.

Where do I go, and do I just turn up on the day?

For 6am sessions, please meet us at Oakleigh Recreation Centre Stadium (will move to Brickmakers Reserve, Oakleigh once there is more daylight)

Do I need to book in each session?

Please book into each session via your My Account portal.

New Members: If you’re a new member and do not have an existing online account with Active Monash, refer to ‘How to create a My Account profile – New Customers’ under the ‘Account Setup and Access’ section to create a new account.

How to book:

To book, simply log into your My Account portal and follow the below steps:

Step 1
Select ‘Book’ from the navigation bar located on the top of the page. 

Step 2
Select your preferred class, date and time. Bookings are only available 49 hours in advance.

Step 3
Click ‘Book now’ and follow the prompts to finalise the booking and process payment if required.

Once booked, you will receive a booking confirmation email, and you can also view and manage your bookings via your My Account portal under ‘My bookings’.

You will be booked into each session automatically once you register for the program; all you need to do is collect your ticket to attend.

I am late to the program, will I be refused?

For your safety, and to avoid disruption to others, we strongly encourage making it to the session for the start time. Of course, we understand that sometimes things might impact your timely arrival. The instructor will use their discretion if its suitable for you to join in on the activity when you arrive.

I cannot stay the whole session, so is it worth me coming

100% even 30mins will benefit you, also you can leave after 45mins or as needed, we understand things can pop up.

Do you have spare gym mats if I forget mine?

We do not have spare mats so please remember to bring yours. Mats can be purchased from reception.

I want to bring a friend/family, do they need to be a member?

No, Camp Dawn & Dusk is a 4-week program you do not have to be a member to participate, anyone can join.

What is the minimum age for participants?

The bootcamp is recommended and programmed for 16+ years old.

Can I bring my young children; they will just sit in the corner?

Children are unable to attend with their parent/guardian. Our supervision guidelines mean that children need to be under constant supervision by their parent/guardian which would not be possible whilst participating in the programmed activities.
