A class specifically for teens designed with cardio and bodyweight exercises which increases fitness, and endurance. Create healthy habits that set up a lifelong love of exercise and movement. Our qualified trainers will deliver a safe and fun program that is also a great introduction to the gym. (Secondary school - ages 12+)
