INFORMATION

  • Participant collects Perfect Gym ticket from reception or kiosk prior to attending class
  • Participants gives ticket to instructor as per normal
  • Instructor will collect tickets from all class participants as per normal
  • Tickets will be placed in barrel by staff only
  • There is no limit to how many times someone can enter. Every class participated in is an entry into the competition
  • This promotion includes all Group Fitness classes and RESULTS classes

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Promotion will run from august 1 to August 31, 2022.
  • Participants can enter as many times as like
  • Prizes drawn after promotion concludes
  • The winners will be notified. A filmed prize draw will take place and placed on social media
  • Poster with all winners will be placed in each centre
  • The promotion is only open to Group Exercise participants, casuals members and MVP pass holders of ACT!VE Monash
  • The promotion is not open to employees of the City of Monash
  • ACT!VE Monash may also use the personal information of the winner for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes
  • Prizes subject to change (due to availability)
  • If the prize winner can not be contacted (i.e. no details available on system) a redraw will take place
  • Participants are responsible to make sure their contact information is UpToDate at the centres
Winners will be contacted via phone to pick up prizes from Monash Aquatic Recreation Centre
