I am a passionate health and fitness professional dedicated to helping people move more, move freely, and live healthier lives. I aim to bridge the gap between scientific training methods and everyday lifestyle goals.
I have worked in sub-elite and elite sporting clubs (AFL/AFLW and pathways) as a strength & conditioning and rehabilitation coach, which has taught me that everyone’s fitness goals and journeys are unique. My goal is to make fitness approachable, rewarding, and sustainable, ensuring you feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Educational, encouraging, and highly personalised. I place a strong emphasis on proper movement quality, structured progression, and injury prevention.
