The Push-Up Challenge
The goal is 3,144 push-ups from Thursday 1 - Friday 23 June which reflects the number of lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2021. The Push-Up Challenge was created to highlight mental health awareness in Australia, with over 153,000 people joining in the last year.

Participants are welcome to perform alternative exercises and complete a number of repetitions that they're comfortable with. The target amount per day varies and although catching up is possible when falling behind, it's encouraged that participants don't go ahead.

The challenge aims to reduce the stigma associated with mental health. Participating and contributing to the challenge helps to raise awareness for everyday Australians suffering from mental health issues.
