System Upgrade - New Leisure Management Software

Active Monash is upgrading its Leisure Management Software on Wednesday 25 May.  The new software will replace existing point of sale, customer and member database, facility access, facility booking module, online My Account portal, and Swim School portal.

Many features of the new software will be embedded into our recently updated website to further improve the customer experience.  Following the changeover, saved links, or bookmarks may no longer work.

All existing personal information will be securely transferred to the new system and customers with an access device will work as normal.

Read below about the upcoming changes and information related the impact during the transition to the new software.  We appreciate your patience whilst we implement the changes and apologise for any inconvenience.

We will have additional staff on hand to assist customers in centre and over the phone throughout this process.

My Account

• Some features in the current My Account portal will be turned off from Monday 22 May in preparation for the upgrade to occur.

• If you have saved, bookmarked, or favourited a link directly to My Account these will no longer work after close of business on Tuesday 24 May.

• Our website pages and links to My Account will be updated from 5.45am on Wednesday 25 May.

• All existing customers will need to reset their password to access the new portal for the first time.

• Existing instructions on our webpages will be updated once the new portal is active.  In advance of this we have attached a copy of the updated instructions click on the button below.

Swim School

• The current online Swim Desk portal will not be updated after the transition to the new system on Wednesday 25 May.

• All skills and level information will be available through the new My Account portal.

• Enrolments no longer available online from Monday 23 May and not available in centre from Tuesday 12pm. Enrolments will reopen again from Wednesday 25 May.

Group Fitness

• Online bookings will be turned off from 6am on Monday 23 May. From this time customers will only be able to book in centre, or over the phone for classes scheduled on Monday 23, Tuesday 24 May.  

• There will be no advance bookings available for classes on Wednesday 25 or Thursday 26 May prior to the new system going live at 5.45am on Wednesday morning.

• From this time bookings will be available in the new online portal (password Reset required), in person, or via phone.

• New Group Fitness Kiosks will be installed and available for classes from Wednesday 25 May.

Pool Availability

• The current pool availability resource will be accurate up until close of business on Tuesday 24 May.

• If you have saved, bookmarked, or favourited a link directly to Lap Lane Availability these will no longer work after close of business on Tuesday 24 May.

• From Wednesday 25 May the links on our website will be updated to point to a new version to view pool availability.  Further development of the online view will occur after initial transition.

Stadium Availability

• The current stadium availability resource will be accurate up until close of business on Tuesday 24 May.

• If you have saved, bookmarked, or favourited a link directly to Lap Lane Availability these will no longer work after close of business on Tuesday 24 May.

• From Wednesday 25 May the links on our website will be updated to point to a new version to view Stadium availability.  Further development of the online view will occur after initial transition.

Bookings - Membership Consultations

• The ability to book appointments with Membership Consultants through the online portal will be turned off between Monday 23 May and Tuesday 24 May 2022 inclusive.

• There will be no Membership Consultant appointments available of Tuesday 24 and Wednesday 25 May 2022.

• Appointments made prior to the above dates that are booked after Wednesday 25 May will automatically be transferred to the new system.

• All existing customers will need to reset their password to access the new portal for the first time.

Bookings – Gym and Personal Training

• Bookings can be made as normal and will be automatically transferred to the new system.

• The ability to book the appointments through the online portal will be turned off between Monday 23 May and Tuesday 24 May inclusive.

• All existing customers will need to reset their password to access the new portal for the first time.

Multi-Visit Passes and Memberships

• Multi-Visit Passes will not be available to purchase online from Monday 23 May, however, will remain available for purchase in Centre until Tuesday 12pm.

• The purchase of Multi-Visit passes will be available in Centre and then online from Wednesday 25 May.

Lockers

Some lockers will be offline during the transition to the new system.  We’ve coordinated routine maintenance to take place on the lockers to make use of the time they are offline.

Change of Direct Debit Provider

Please be advised that we have appointed Payrix Australia (ABN: 63 135 196 397) as our new payment processor (Direct Debit User ID 382220). They will be processing payments on behalf of Active Monash and are able to accept payments and direct debits from bank accounts as well as Visa and MasterCard. There will be no changes to your membership or debit schedule, just the debit company we use to process your regular instalments.

Payrix is an authorised Direct Debit processor, with an Australian Financial License (AFSL no. 418105). All payment data is encrypted, stored and processed within a highly secure network.
