Snap Send Solve is a platform allowing individuals to report local issues to relevant authorities. All Victorian councils receive Snap Send Solve reports, including the City of Monash. Residents are able to quickly and efficiently log items that require attention.
Active Monash has been setup in the platform so that customers can log issues directly to us. The variety of maintenance and cleaning issues that are encouraged to be logged, include:
By reporting maintenance and cleaning issues, customers will be helping us to keep our centres clean and safe of hazards.
Snap Send Solve posters are displayed around our centres (with QR codes) for your convenience to log issues.
