About me:

I’ve been a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist since 2013, and every day my passion for health and fitness grows, by helping people achieve their goals and watching them become healthier and stronger individuals. 

My training style:

Functional strength training.  I target all planes of movements and different components of fitness such as speed and power. Whilst correcting abnormal movement patterns via rehabilitation exercises to optimise your movement and improve your strength development.
