This Girl Can Fluro Zumba Party 2024

Active Monash will be participating in the promotion of the VicHealth program, ‘This Girl Can’, to support all women - cisgender, trans, non-binary, and gender diverse people, to embrace exercise and get active for improved mental and physical health.

Whether it's a little or a lot, what matters is getting movement into your day and not being afraid of being judged.

Active Monash will be hosting a Fluro Dance Party Group Fitness Class as part of the campaign. Come and Glow!

Join our instructors Yaleika, Tati, and Nidia for this fun and energetic Zumba dance party!

Time: 6:00pm - 7:30pm (90min!)
Where: Oakleigh Recreation Centre | Studio 1
Cost: Free for members and Guests
Age: 13+ years old
