International Women's Day Seminar

International Women's Day is on Wednesday 8 March 2023. 

Join us at Monash Aquatic & Recreation Centre as we host a Pelvic Floor Seminar with physiotherapist, Samara Nanayakkara. While exercises for the pelvic region can have benefits, Samara expresses that it's important to think about your individual needs before starting. Exercising with a pelvic floor physiotherapist will ensure correct technique for your health and wellbeing.
